Landlords can select from a number of services to suit individual needs:-
Tenant Introduction
Our comprehensive ‘Let Only' service effectively finds the right tenant for your property and references them to ‘rent guarantee' standard. We also prepare the Tenancy Agreement together with relevant documentation, a Full Inventory Service [optional] is available and, when selected, the deposit is processed in accordance with Tenancy Deposit Scheme regulations. A Full ‘Move In' Service is also provided, before handing the property back to the landlord for onward management of the tenancy.
It is our careful vetting, matching and referencing procedures that minimise potential for future problems - a contented tenant looks after the property better and stays longer, thus minimising landlord costs.
In the unlikely event of a problem arising, our watertight Tenancy Agreements and paperwork procedures ensure that the situation can be resolved with a minimum of fuss.
Tenant Introduction and Rent Collect
Many landlords prefer not to deal with rent collection and the complications that can accompany it. Our speedy ‘BACS' service ensures a fast transfer directly into your bank account. In the unlikely event of rent arrears we also ensure the correct letters and Notices are sent to protect landlords rights. So ‘Rent Collect' is a useful addition to our Let only Service, even if Full Management is not required.
Our Full Management Service
For total peace of mind we combine the' Tenant Introduction' and ‘Rent Collect' services with a complete Management Service covering every aspect of the tenancy. Our experienced Management Team will carry out regular inspections, handle any maintenance issues with the back up of our panel of skilled and insured contractors and be on hand to deal with any query or problem that you or your tenant may have. We offer the complete range of insurances including Rent Guarantee and we also offer a fully supervised refurbishment service whether it be for one room or the entire property.

Vacant Management
If you select our Full Management service, we will automatically manage it for any brief empty period between tenancies provided that we are in funds to do so. However, some people do not wish to let their home, but need to know that it is being cared for whilst on a protracted holiday or perhaps work placement. This service is also for those who require the peace of mind that this security can give.
